Description
In this experiencial workshop, participants will be guided to connect with themselves and others through different group dynamics, play and embodied activities based on the creative pedagogy of learning by doing. They will have an opportunity to come closer as a group and get to know each other, experimenting with the themes of trust and support. This workshop is addressed to any team of profesionals or groups of people that wish to enhance their interpersonal connections and enhance their sense of belonging in the group.

About the Host
I am a Psychologist (MSc in Clinical Psychology) and a Dance Movement Therapist in training, with experience working with minority groups and facilitating workshops rooted in creative pedagogies. In my workshops, I integrate movement, expressive arts, and connection with nature as pathways for individuals to engage with their embodied selves, explore emotions, and cultivate body–mind awareness. I also design and facilitate psychoeducational sessions on socioemotional competencies and nonviolent communication skills, creating spaces that foster self-expression, reflection, and holistic growth.
Certifications & Credentials
I have my licence to practice as a psychologist and some certificates of my participation in Erasmus+ training programs on non formal education methodology and tools.
