Workshop

Description

What if you could imagine five completely different versions of your life? What might they look like, and what could they reveal about what really matters to you?

This creative and thought-provoking workshop invites you to step outside your usual ways of thinking, challenge assumptions and explore possibilities you may never have considered.

Combining coaching questions, guided reflection and accessible creative activities, you'll explore different directions your life or career could take, uncover the interests, values and aspirations that sit beneath them, and discover new perspectives on what might come next.

It's not about making five big life decisions or having all the answers. It's about opening up your thinking, allowing yourself to imagine and discovering possibilities beyond the expected.

No artistic experience is needed – just curiosity and an open mind.

Outline Content

About the Host

I work with organisations and individuals to unlock potential, build confidence and explore new possibilities, both personally and professionally. As a coach and facilitator, I bring experience in career, life and personal development, designing and delivering workshops and programmes that help people navigate change, build resilience, reconnect with what matters and consider what comes next. My work spans careers, confidence, purpose, personal growth and development, combining thoughtful questioning, practical tools, creativity, reflection and engaging conversations. Alongside my coaching work, I'm a practising artist with a love of colour, texture and creative exploration. I enjoy bringing art, mindful creativity and accessible creative activities into workshops, offering people different ways to express themselves, explore ideas and see things from a fresh perspective. No artistic experience required! I'm particularly interested in the connection between creativity and personal growth, and how stepping outside our usual ways of thinking can open up new possibilities. Whether designing development experiences for organisations, facilitating workshops for teams or creating opportunities for individuals to explore and grow, my approach is warm, curious, practical and creative. I aim to create experiences that engage people, spark new thinking and leave them with something meaningful to take away.
