I am a communication specialist, facilitator, and professionally trained actor with over 15 years of experience across sales, business development, performance, and people-focused training. Alongside a professional career in acting and workshop facilitation, I bring together the best of performance and business to transform the way people connect. My career spans corporate environments, live workshops, market research, and international brand representation, giving me a rare blend of commercial insight and human-centred communication skill. I specialise in helping professionals communicate with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. Drawing on my performance background, I bring a deep understanding of body language, vocal presence, and emotional connection — skills that elevate everyday workplace communication. I blend performance techniques with practical communication tools to create training that is both engaging and immediately applicable. Combined with my experience in sales and client-facing roles, I understand how to translate these techniques into practical, results-driven tools that teams can use immediately. My workshops are immersive, energetic, and grounded in real-world application. I create safe, engaging spaces where participants can practise new skills, step out of their comfort zone, and experience genuine shifts in presence and impact. Whether working with small teams or large groups, I focus on unlocking natural strengths and empowering people to communicate with ease. Previous experience includes delivering corporate role-play, soft skills sessions, sales techniques coaching, and communication training across diverse industries.
