Workshop

Description

A modern wellbeing session for people interested in energy, performance, longevity and optimisation — without extreme protocols or wellness overwhelm.

Participants are guided through a balanced approach to biohacking that combines Ayurveda, nutrition, sleep science, nervous system regulation, recovery, light exposure, daily rhythm and sustainable habit design.

The experience includes:

  • A clear explanation of the difference between optimisation and overstimulation
  • A personal energy and recovery self-check
  • Practical education around sleep, light, food rhythm, movement, recovery and stress load
  • Discussion of common biohacking trends and how to choose tools intelligently
  • Ayurveda as a personalised lens for understanding what kind of “optimisation” someone actually needs
  • Simple low-cost biohacking tools that can be applied immediately
  • Personal takeaway: one sustainable performance habit

This session is especially suitable for high-performing teams, entrepreneurs, founders, executives, remote workers and wellness-curious audiences who want better energy without turning wellbeing into another source of pressure.

The session is educational, grounded and corporate-friendly, combining modern optimisation with recovery and self-awareness.

Benefits

  • Sustainable performance: participants learn how to improve energy and focus without increasing stress load.
  • Better recovery awareness: the session highlights recovery as a core part of performance, not an optional extra.
  • Reduced wellness overwhelm: biohacking is simplified into realistic, low-cost and practical tools.
  • Personalised wellbeing: participants learn that not every health trend works for every body or lifestyle.
  • Improved energy management: the session offers practical tools around sleep, light, food rhythm, movement and nervous system balance.
  • Motivation without pressure: participants leave inspired but not overwhelmed by unrealistic routines.
  • Useful for high-performing teams: the session supports clarity, productivity and resilience in demanding environments.
  • Modern and memorable: the session combines contemporary biohacking language with the depth of Ayurveda and lifestyle medicine.

Additional Experience Info

All group sessions can be upgraded with optional individual employee support, such as short 1:1 wellbeing check-ins, mini Ayurvedic lifestyle consultations, or personalised follow-up guidance for participants who would like deeper support after the workshop.

This can be offered as an add-on for companies, teams, retreats or wellness programmes. Packages, pricing and format can be discussed depending on the number of participants, session length, and level of individual support needed.

Travel outside of Cyprus and accommodation are not included in the price of in-person workshops.

About the Host

Martyna is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Nutrition & Biohacking Coach, Health Researcher and wellbeing facilitator based in Cyprus, working internationally online and across Europe. Through her practice, she supports individuals and groups in reconnecting with their body, energy, digestion, hormones, stress patterns and daily rhythms through a unique blend of traditional Ayurvedic wisdom, modern lifestyle medicine, herbalism, nutrition, biohacking and practical health education.

After beginning her career in food sustainability, Martyna intentionally transitioned into health — the field she is most passionate about. Her work now bridges ancient and modern approaches: the depth of Ayurveda and herbal traditions with the clarity of biohacking, prevention, nervous system support, nutrition science and modern wellbeing education. She is especially interested in helping people understand that health is not built through extreme protocols, but through small, intelligent and sustainable daily choices that match the individual.

Martyna’s sessions are designed to be practical, warm, educational and deeply human. She translates complex health concepts into grounded tools that participants can immediately apply in their everyday lives — whether that means improving digestion, supporting sleep, reducing stress, regulating energy, understanding hormonal patterns, creating better food rhythms or learning how to work with the seasons. Her facilitation style is clear, compassionate and interactive, with a strong focus on making holistic health feel accessible rather than overwhelming.

Her training includes Ayurvedic Lifestyle & Nutrition courses, advanced Ayurvedic practitioner education, Human Potential coaching, and practical studies with Sri Lankan Ayurvedic doctors and teachers with over 30 years of clinical experience, many of whom specialise in women’s health, fertility, digestion and menopause support.

Alongside her clinical and coaching work, Martyna has worked since 2021 as a Health, Nutrition & Biohacking Expert, supporting premium private clients and synthesising emerging knowledge across longevity, lifestyle medicine, supplementation, prevention, wellbeing and personalised health optimisation.

Across 1:1 consultations, corporate webinars, workshops, retreat sessions and educational programmes, Martyna helps individuals and teams develop more awareness, autonomy and balance. Her sessions are ideal for companies, wellness platforms, retreats, women’s circles, yoga studios, leadership groups and international teams looking for a wellbeing experience that is both meaningful and practical.
