Description
The Body Balm Making Experience is a creative, hands-on workshop designed to offer employees a mindful break from daily routines, while engaging focus, creativity, and connection in a practical way.
Participants create their own natural skin balm to help heal chapped lips, dry skin or eczeema using simple, high-quality ingredients.
The process is intentionally slow and tactile, encouraging people to step out of their heads and into a focused, hands-on experience. Without heavy reflection or meditation, the workshop naturally supports presence, calm attention, and a sense of completion.
The experience starts with a short introduction, reflection and optional sharing, a grounding moment and light movement to transition out of work mode.
Participants will then work individually or in small groups to make the balms, allowing space for informal interaction and collaboration.
The session ends with a short moment of reflection, helping participants reconnect to their day feeling refreshed, focused, and grounded — with a practical product they can take home and use.

About the Host
Livia is a holistic well-being facilitator and coach with an international background and a strong focus on creative workshops and group sessions. Originally from Budapest and now living in the Netherlands, she brings the perspective of an expat and a deep understanding of working across cultures and contexts. Her background in hospitality, tourism, and coaching has shaped her ability to work with diverse groups, adapt to different cultural settings, and create environments where people feel welcome and at ease. She brings strong awareness of group dynamics and has a natural ability to meet people where they are. Experience in operational environments supports her ability to manage sessions and group processes in a practical and flexible way, allowing workshops to flow naturally while remaining purposeful and focused. With a background in fitness and movement, Livia integrates the body into her work as an essential part of well-being. Movement is used to support stress release, energy regulation, and presence, helping participants shift out of mental overload and into embodied awareness. Over time, she expanded into holistic well-being, mindfulness, and life coaching, integrating positive psychology with hands-on, practical tools. Today, Livia designs and facilitates creative workshops and sessions that support individuals and groups in reducing stress, restoring energy, and reconnecting with themselves in a realistic and sustainable way. Her facilitation style is often described as calm, practical, and engaging, creating experiences that feel grounded, relevant, and easy to integrate into daily life.
