Workshop
Description
A practical, interactive group session introducing Ayurveda as a personalised wellbeing system for modern life.
Participants are guided through the foundations of Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition in a clear, non-mystical and accessible way. The session focuses on understanding individual body-mind tendencies and how they influence digestion, energy, stress, sleep, focus, food choices and daily routines.
The experience includes:
- A short introduction to Ayurveda and its relevance for modern work and life
- An explanation of the three main body-mind tendencies in simple, practical language
- A guided self-reflection exercise to help participants recognise their own patterns
- Education on how different people respond differently to stress, food, routines, sleep and stimulation
- Practical lifestyle and nutrition guidance for more stable energy, better digestion and improved daily balance
- A short “personal wellbeing blueprint” exercise where each participant identifies one or two realistic changes they can apply immediately
Depending on the format and duration, the session can also include a short grounding practice, simple breath awareness, seasonal lifestyle tips, and Q&A.
This session is educational, secular, corporate-friendly and non-diagnostic. It is designed to help participants understand themselves better and leave with realistic tools, not strict rules.
Benefits
- Increased self-awareness: participants understand their own body-mind patterns and how these influence energy, stress, digestion, sleep and focus.
- More sustainable energy: participants learn simple daily routine, food rhythm and lifestyle tools to support stable energy without relying only on stimulants or willpower.
- Better stress understanding: the session helps participants recognise how different people respond to pressure, overstimulation and routine disruption.
- Practical wellbeing tools: each participant leaves with one or two realistic lifestyle changes they can apply immediately in their workday or personal life.
- Improved team empathy: when delivered to teams, the session creates a shared language around different working styles, stress patterns and wellbeing needs.
- Stronger daily routines: participants learn how small changes in morning rhythm, meals, breaks, sleep and evening routines can support overall balance.
- Accessible health education: Ayurveda is translated into clear, modern and non-mystical language, making it easy for corporate and international audiences to understand.
- Greater motivation for self-care: the session helps participants see wellbeing as personalised and practical rather than overwhelming or restrictive.
Additional Experience Info
Price is based on a 45–90 minute group session. If herbal teas, printed materials, seasonal ingredients or additional sensory elements are included for in-person sessions, material costs can be quoted separately.

This can be offered as an add-on for companies, teams, retreats or wellness programmes. Packages, pricing and format can be discussed depending on the number of participants, session length, and level of individual support needed.

About the Host
Martyna is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Nutrition & Biohacking Coach, Health Researcher and wellbeing facilitator based in Cyprus, working internationally online and across Europe. Through her practice, she supports individuals and groups in reconnecting with their body, energy, digestion, hormones, stress patterns and daily rhythms through a unique blend of traditional Ayurvedic wisdom, modern lifestyle medicine, herbalism, nutrition, biohacking and practical health education.
After beginning her career in food sustainability, Martyna intentionally transitioned into health — the field she is most passionate about. Her work now bridges ancient and modern approaches: the depth of Ayurveda and herbal traditions with the clarity of biohacking, prevention, nervous system support, nutrition science and modern wellbeing education. She is especially interested in helping people understand that health is not built through extreme protocols, but through small, intelligent and sustainable daily choices that match the individual.
Martyna’s sessions are designed to be practical, warm, educational and deeply human. She translates complex health concepts into grounded tools that participants can immediately apply in their everyday lives — whether that means improving digestion, supporting sleep, reducing stress, regulating energy, understanding hormonal patterns, creating better food rhythms or learning how to work with the seasons. Her facilitation style is clear, compassionate and interactive, with a strong focus on making holistic health feel accessible rather than overwhelming.
Her training includes Ayurvedic Lifestyle & Nutrition courses, advanced Ayurvedic practitioner education, Human Potential coaching, and practical studies with Sri Lankan Ayurvedic doctors and teachers with over 30 years of clinical experience, many of whom specialise in women’s health, fertility, digestion and menopause support.
Alongside her clinical and coaching work, Martyna has worked since 2021 as a Health, Nutrition & Biohacking Expert, supporting premium private clients and synthesising emerging knowledge across longevity, lifestyle medicine, supplementation, prevention, wellbeing and personalised health optimisation.
Across 1:1 consultations, corporate webinars, workshops, retreat sessions and educational programmes, Martyna helps individuals and teams develop more awareness, autonomy and balance. Her sessions are ideal for companies, wellness platforms, retreats, women’s circles, yoga studios, leadership groups and international teams looking for a wellbeing experience that is both meaningful and practical.
