Description

The Breath & Reset Session is a calming and restorative wellbeing session designed to help participants pause, breathe, and reset during the workday. Through a combination of guided breathwork, gentle stretching, and meditation, attendees are supported in releasing stress and reconnecting with their bodies.

The session begins with a short introduction to conscious breathing and its impact on the nervous system. Participants are then guided through simple breathwork techniques that help reduce stress and improve focus.

Following the breathing practice, attendees move through a series of gentle stretches designed to release common areas of tension such as the neck, shoulders, back, and hips—particularly beneficial for people working at desks.

The session ends with a short guided meditation that allows participants to integrate the practice and return to their day with greater clarity and calm.

What participants will experience

About the Host

I have 12 years of experience in teaching group fitness classes and workshops - I am a certified Group fitness, Back & Spine Health, Pilates, Meditation & Breathwork trainer as well as experienced in teaching Kids dance and contact improvisation workshops. Currently I teach Pilates & Full Body Workouts on a weekly basis in Copenhagen and have offered Pilates classes at Pandora Global Office, I would like to expand into Breathwork & Relaxation sessions in corporate companies. I am a studied cultural scientist and currently work full time as Project Manager in Marketing. I speak several languages, but usually offer my classes in German or English.
