Workshop
Description
Participants are guided through an up-regulated breathwork journey to activate the body's natural stress-response system and restore a sense of calm, clarity, and presence. The session opens with a brief grounding practice to help participants arrive and settle, moves into an active breathing sequence set to a curated musical journey, and closes with a guided integration period where participants rest and absorb the experience.
Unlike meditation, breathwork is fully experiential — the breath does the work, making it accessible and effective even for people who struggle to "quiet their mind." Participants often report feeling a noticeable shift within the first few minutes. No prior experience required, suitable for all fitness levels and backgrounds.

About the Host
I'm an integrative coach and facilitator working at the intersection of neuroscience, somatic practice, and transformative experience. My work helps high-achieving professionals move from burnout and disconnection back into aliveness — not through more insight, but through embodied, lasting change. Trained across breathwork, yoga, nervous system regulation, somatic movement, and authentic relating, I bring both scientific grounding and experiential depth to everything I hold. I've worked with thousands of people in formats ranging from intimate 1:1 coaching and group cohorts to corporate wellness programs, large-scale events, and immersive retreats — and I currently facilitate integration circles at Nushama and breathwork sessions at Othership in New York. Whether I'm working with an individual navigating a pivotal life transition, a leadership team seeking deeper cohesion, or a room full of strangers becoming a community, I create containers where real transformation becomes possible. I bring professional credibility and genuine warmth in equal measure — equally at home in a boardroom or a healing circle.
