About the Host
A Psychologist and Business Leader with over 15 years of experience, I bring a unique combination of clinical expertise and organizational insight. My background spans mental health care, digital transformation, and business administration across international organizations, corporate environments, and academia.
I offer a flexible and comprehensive evidence-based framework, addressing concerns while considering individual/organizational needs, as well as cultural and social contexts. My approach fosters collaboration and shared decision-making. I work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to support individuals and groups in building healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and acting.
I specialize in resilience, psychological safety, and cultural inclusivity, self-development. I have supported diverse communities and major international organizations to promote well-being, strengthen relationships, and build digital literacy.
My passion lies in helping individuals and teams navigate complexity, enhancing emotional health, preventing burnout, and integrating technology in human-centered ways. As a practitioner, I combine scientific rigor with practical tools to empower growth, creativity, and sustainable performance.

Travel Locations
I can travel worldwide with a minimum of 15 days’ notice. Travel costs will be provided upon confirmation of the location. In addition, I facilitate online sessions for clients and organizations globally.

Doctor of Business Administration (Swiss School of Business and Management, summa cum laude honors). Licensed Clinical and Organizational Psychologist, registered with the Brazilian Regional Council of Psychology (CRP 04/32.463) and the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP, no. 120883). Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and evidence-based practices for Mental Health and Psychosocial Support, as well as Psychological First Aid. I also hold additional certifications in Project Management, Leadership, and Organizational Development. Among others, I run a fully registered enterprise in Switzerland and hold valid insurance.
