This resilience workshop offers leaders a grounded, reflective, and practical experience designed to help them stay steady and effective in times of uncertainty and pressure. Participants are guided through a thoughtfully structured session that combines evidence-based leadership concepts with deep listening, reflection, and embodied practices.
Rather than focusing on “pushing through,” the workshop helps attendees understand how resilience is built from the inside out—by increasing self-awareness, regulating energy, and responding consciously instead of reacting under stress. The experience creates space for meaningful insight, connection, and practical takeaways that participants can immediately apply in their professional and personal lives.
The workshop is highly interactive and creates psychological safety, allowing participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and better equipped to navigate change.

About the Host
I offer extensive experience in career transitions and leadership development. I work with individuals, groups, and corporate teams, delivering workshops as well as longer-term transformational programs. My core areas of expertise include career reinvention, mindset development, embodiment practices, resilience, and mindfulness. I also facilitate a rotating series of four seasonal retreats designed for men who are ready to work on their ‘more’ – to lead their lives with presence, purpose, authenticity, and resilience.
