A robust corporate leadership development programme based on my 'signature' and proven ORIENT → REGULATE → NAVIGATE → INTEGRATE framework. These workshops blend diagnostic leadership assessment, experiential practices, and applied coaching to increase a leader’s capacity to handle complexity and uncertainty. Focus on 'dual tension' leaders feel and can be combined with other workshop or facilitators.

Core Activities & Sessions:

  • Leadership Diagnosis Session: Pre-work assessment that identifies individual and team cognitive stressors, decision-style patterns, and early warning indicators of team overload.

  • Orientation & Regulate Experiences: Breath regulation modules, somatic coaching, and journaling to build resilience and emotional insight.

  • Navigate Team Workshops: Group sessions translating the diagnosis into team-aligned actions, scenario planning, and decision simulation exercises.

  • Integration Sessions: Monthly integration coaching to reinforce learning and track progress over a structured programme (e.g., 3-4 sessions over 3 months).

  • Outcome Action Plan: Tailored capacity-building plans for individuals and teams.

Explanation of 'Dual Tension':

More and more, leaders are facing this dual tension: External pressures—faster decision cycles, rapid tech and AI adoption, continuous transformation—are colliding with internal strain: reactivity, disconnection, identity drift, and overload.

Additional Experience Info

This can be oriented around a 120min session but to get full benefits includes some earlier work via diagnosis and talks to understand team challenges, then the Regulate and navigate sessions can be combined in a session followed by more integration. I come from a military and corporate background but this is more my 'facade' the way to gain credibility then operate more in the somatic, nature and sometimes even spiritual space…I have found this approach to be very beneficial to clients. It is the sort of 'way in the door' and create trust. I have closely partnered with other practicioners such as breathwork, yoga and artists.
