Description
Choreographic Thinking
uses and translates individual body knowledge and that of the group's "ensemble" body to work on complex, dynamic topics and to generate innovative solutions and new ideas. It is a collaborative method that iterates between non-verbal movement sequences and verbal reflections.
This is how you can imagine a Choreographic Thinking workshop: Participants can participate by observing or moving, and can switch between the two whenever they wish. The group is guided to develop small choreographies in the form of everyday movements such as standing, sitting, or walking, to reflect on these, and to relate them to the topic/question. In this way, there is an iterative alternation between non-verbal movement sequences and reflective discussions until sufficient insights or solutions are literally present that can be applied directly in one's own everyday life.

About the Host
Born in Munich and having traveled extensively since then, I constantly dance between worlds: between structure and intuition, between body and mind, between art and business, between individual development and collective responsibility. My passion is transition – those moments in which something changes, opens up, recomposes, transforms.
What sets me apart is my diversity and the ability to draw essence from it: I combine dance intelligence with strategic thinking, cultural sensitivity with economic clarity, body knowledge with systemic analysis.
I combine experience in art, coaching, leadership, and organizational development. I studied economics and transdisciplinarity, performed on major stages as an artist , realized my own projects, managed cultural institutions, and consulted for IT teams. I developed my own method – Choreographic Thinking – to harmonize body intelligence, group awareness, and strategic clarity.
And then came the pumpfoil.
During a challenging time both professionally and personally, I broke my ankle. What began as rehab turned into a profound movement experience. Pumpfoiling is far more than a sport. It embodies everything I teach in my mentoring and consulting work: how body, mind, and environment interact, how change happens when we embody it – literally.
Today, I work as an artist, moderator, speaker, mentor, trainer, and strategist. My offerings are mutually enriching – they are the expression of my creative mindset:
The body is a thinking organ.
Movement brings us to resources that mere thought does not make accessible.
Transformation takes time, micro-steps – and sometimes a leap into the cold water.
Equality, diversity and collective intelligence are not an ideal, but the prerequisite for future viability.
And: You are not alone.
I'm happy to accompany you with the conviction that the potential is already there. It just wants to get moving.
