An immersive collective experience to activate coherence, clarity & energetic alignment

COHERENCE BREATH is a 45-minute guided breathwork experience that blends rhythmic breathing, visualization, and immersive music to help participants shift into a state of physiological and emotional coherence - individually and collectively.

Using SOMA Breath’s scientifically-backed techniques, participants are guided into synchronized breathing rhythms that regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and activate clarity and focus. As the session progresses, the group naturally entrains into a shared rhythm, strengthening connection, trust, and collaboration.

For outdoor sessions, I can bring my set of premium SOMA wireless headphones. With the current equipment, the maximum capacity is 11 participants per session (limitation only with headphones).

About the Host

I am a leadership advisor, wellness coach, and transformation expert dedicated to unlocking human potential and shaping a more conscious, connected future. I'm the founder of Werise – Collective Transformation and creator of immersive social-wellness experiences that bring people into deeper connection with themselves and each other. Through The Energy Edit, I explore energy-based leadership, human potential, and the new paradigm of collective transformation.

With a background in psychology and more than a decade in global leadership roles in sustainability strategy and organizational effectiveness, I bridge business performance with wellbeing and human development. Today I work internationally with organizations, executives, and conscious innovators who are ready to rise into their next level of impact.

I live in Cologne, Germany with my husband and our two sons. Together, we love to explore the world.
