Format: Guided team reset (seated) + reflection + integration tools

Concept

High-performing teams often run in constant “doing mode.”

This session gives teams a structured pause to reset the nervous system, reduce mental noise, and come back to clarity.

What Participants Experience

• A short, guided grounding practice (seated, no special equipment needed)
• Breath regulation techniques to calm the nervous system (basic breathwork)
• A simple somatic check-in: noticing what’s happening in body + mind 
• Optional: paired reflection to name what supports focus and calm at work
• Practical takeaways: quick reset tools for stressful meetings, busy days, and transitions

Human layer: Teams often leave feeling softer, clearer, and more connected — with the sense that they can breathe again and feel more centered and aligned with themselves.

About the Host

I am not a traditional wellness facilitator — and not a traditional corporate trainer. My work sits between structure and intuition, performance and presence. After two decades in international organisations, I saw how many professionals function at a high level — yet feel disconnected from themselves. My facilitation focuses on bringing people back into clarity, embodiment, and authentic presence. I work very somatically. I pay attention to what is happening in the room — not just what is being said. I create spaces that feel safe, honest, and energising. My sessions are immersive but grounded. They invite reflection, movement, and human connection in ways that feel unexpected but accessible in corporate environments. I believe transformation does not need to be complicated — it needs to be felt.

Quiet room with space for participants to sit in a circle or semi-circle – Chairs (no tables preferred if possible) – Optional: projector or screen for brief visual support - Whiteboard - – Yoga mats/blankets optional for extended breathwork version
