About the Host
I am a Physiotherapist with more than 26 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation, sports recovery, wellness and therapeutic bodywork.
My work focuses on performance sustainability through structured assessment, intelligent load management, recovery optimisation, and nervous system regulation.
I approach the body as an integrated physiological system. Every intervention begins with evaluation, posture, breathing mechanics, tissue response, neuromuscular balance and stress load. Technique follows reasoning.
My clinical background includes:

In parallel to individual therapeutic sessions, I design structured workshops and retreats that integrate movement, touch, mindfulness, and applied physiology. These include Workshops for massage therapists, Corporate wellness program protocols, couples massage education, pregnancy and infant massage guidance and craniosacral & breathing-based regulation practices.
Based between Europe and the GCC region, I remain committed to elevating professional standards in physiotherapy and wellness-informed care.
