Description

A dynamic and playful workshop designed to spark fresh thinking and build creative confidence. Through theatre-based exploration, teams practice risk-taking, support, and co-creation while engaging in processes that turn individual sparks into collective ideas. The session helps teams imagine bold possibilities and set inspiring goals for the future.

Benefits

This workshop shifts teams out of routine patterns and into a mindset of curiosity, experimentation, and shared ownership. Participants learn to value both individual contributions and collaborative ideation, creating an environment where new ideas can thrive. By practicing creative risk-taking in a safe and supportive space, teams gain the confidence to innovate together and align around ambitious, energizing goals for the future.

About the Host

I am a theatre facilitator with over a decade of experience designing and leading workshops for diverse groups across India, Singapore, and London. Now based in Stockholm, I work with corporate teams and leaders to strengthen collaboration, communication, and creativity in the workplace. Using theatre-based methods such as role play, improvisation, image theatre, and forum theatre, I create interactive spaces where teams can rehearse new ways of working together. My workshops focus on building trust, shared autonomy, and mutual respect; helping participants to reduce stress and burnout while enhancing performance and job satisfaction.
