This creative team-building workshop offers teams a unique opportunity to step out of their daily work routines, connect with colleagues in a new way, and develop creativity and collaboration skills in a relaxed and inspiring environment.
Through guided theatre-based activities, participants experience how creativity, communication, and teamwork come together while preparing a short theatrical performance.
The workshop focuses on cooperation, fun, creativity, and team connection, while also helping participants strengthen confidence, communication, and spontaneous thinking.
Workshop Format
Duration: 6 hours
Group size: Up to 30 participants
Format: Interactive and experiential workshop
Participants work in smaller teams, allowing everyone to actively contribute and explore their creative potential.
For the best experience, it is recommended to have a spacious room or open space that allows participants to move freely and work in smaller groups.
Workshop Flow
Morning: Inspiration & Topic Selection
The day begins with a short introduction to theatre techniques and creative collaboration.
Participants will:

Learn basic creative and theatre tools

Form small working groups

Choose a theme or story idea for their short theatre piece
Each group will then begin developing their own concept.
Creative Development Process
During the day, participants will experience the full creative process together:

Developing a story and writing a short script

Preparing and rehearsing scenes

Working with voice, body, and expression

Designing a simple stage setup

Using props and costumes to support the story
Each activity is guided by a professional lecturer, who provides instructions, creative techniques, and mini-workshops focused on specific skills such as storytelling, stage presence, and teamwork.
Participants also receive support, feedback, and encouragement throughout the process.
Final Show
At the end of the workshop, each group presents their short theatre piece to the other participants.
This final moment creates a fun and memorable shared experience where teams can celebrate their creativity and collaboration.
