About the Host
Master facilitator, creative leadership practitioner, and Kaospilot alumni with international experience designing and leading transformative group experiences. I help teams, leaders, and organisations unlock stronger collaboration, fresh thinking, and meaningful human connection. My background spans creative leadership, meaningful entrepreneurship, innovation processes, and experiential learning across Denmark, Norway, and South Africa. I am also a former consultant with Kaospilot, where I worked with facilitation, learning design, and leadership development. Known for leading spaces with both energy and depth, I create sessions where people feel engaged, challenged, and empowered to contribute. My approach combines authenticity, strong facilitation, practical tools, and a deep belief in co-creation. With a foundation in jazz music, I bring rhythm, presence, improvisation, and listening into my work with groups. I specialise in empowering the creative collective — helping people move from ideas to action, from individuals to teams, and from complexity to momentum.
