Sensing: Testing three signature scents with a guided body scan to reveal which scent supports the specific decision. 3. Sharing: A gentle pair exchange regarding the body's message. 4. Closing: Each participant leaves with their chosen inhaler stick and a felt commitment to the next step.

About the Host
I'm Awa Bernard, I define myself as a Shift Architect with over 18 years accompanying leaders and teams to explore their leadership, shift it, and embody it.
