Description
This interactive session provides participants with a clear and practical framework for understanding food labels and ingredient lists, transforming what is often perceived as complex or confusing information into a simple, usable decision-making tool.
Rather than relying on rules, trends, or nutritional dogma, the session focuses on demystifying labels and helping participants understand what truly matters — and what can safely be ignored. Participants learn how to decode common marketing claims, recognise hidden sugars, fats, and additives, and interpret ingredient lists efficiently, even when time is limited.
The session is designed to be highly empowering. By breaking down labels into a few key reference points, participants gain a sense of control and clarity, enabling them to make informed choices independently — without overthinking or second-guessing. Real-life examples are used throughout to anchor learning in everyday situations.
The experience is practical and action-oriented, offering clear tips, simple decision tools, and concrete examples that can be applied immediately. Depending on the format, the session may include practical handouts or take-home resources, allowing participants to continue using these tools beyond the session.

About the Host
I am a certified nutrition and well-being practitioner with a strong focus on translating complex health and lifestyle concepts into practical, accessible, and engaging group experiences. My work centers on helping individuals and teams better understand how everyday habits — such as nutrition, energy management, and focus — influence well-being, resilience, and performance in both personal and professional contexts. I have experience delivering interactive workshops and talks for diverse audiences, including corporate and international environments. My approach is evidence-informed yet grounded in real-life application, favouring clarity, simplicity, and participation over theory. I particularly enjoy creating sessions that invite reflection, discussion, and small actionable shifts, allowing participants to leave with tools they can immediately integrate into their daily routines. I work in English, French, and Polish, and I am comfortable adapting my facilitation style to different cultures, group sizes, and formats — online or in person.
