About the Host

Olivia is a passionate DEI Consultant, Facilitator, Panelist and Associate Executive Coach with Grace Papers, Menopause Friendly Australia, Hellomonday, Veraison and Interchange. I am focused on empowering clients to achieve their goals and create positive change greater social impact. Prior to this, as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers (WesCEF), I led the design and implementation of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging (DEIB) initiatives across the organisation. I have extensive experience in DEIB, organisational development (OD), human resources (HR), learning and development and coaching, working with various global and national organisations, across many different industries and sectors. I am passionate about creating respectful and inclusive work environments that foster wellbeing, innovation and a culture of belonging and use interactive role plays, group break out sessions, meditation, slido polling, music and journalling in my sessions.
