Description
Sip of Serenity: the meditative experience for inner peace and connection
Eastern tea culture offers a tranquil space where ancient tradition meets mindful presence. Through the gentle art of preparing and sharing tea, you are invited to slow down, reconnect with your senses, and experience a deep sense of calm and connection—both with yourself and others.
What makes these sessions unique?
• A meditative ritual of presence
The Eastern tea ceremony is a timeless mindfulness practice where every movement, aroma, and sip becomes a path inward. It’s more than tea—it’s a meditative art that slows you down, softens your breath, and brings you into the present moment.
• A sensory journey
Feel the warmth of the teacup in your hands, listen to the gentle pour of water, breathe in the subtle fragrance of fine tea leaves. This multi-sensory experience invites you to release stress and reconnect with yourself through simple, graceful gestures.
• Connection through the Tea Talk Circle
At the heart of each ceremony is shared presence. As tea brings warmth to your hands, it also opens space for heartfelt connection. In the Tea Talk Circle, quiet reflection flows into meaningful conversation, creating moments of genuine human exchange.
• A sacred atmosphere
Surrounded by antique teaware, natural textures, and calming sounds, the space is curated to evoke a sense of peace and reverence. Every element supports your journey into mindfulness and stillness.
• Rooted in tradition, shaped by modern mindfulness
Drawing from ancient Chinese tea practices, this ceremony bridges cultural heritage with contemporary well-being. It is a gentle way to pause, breathe, and return to what matters.
What to expect
Each ceremony begins with a warm welcome and gentle introduction to the rich Eastern Tea Culture. You’ll be guided through each step of tea preparation and sharing in a way that feels natural and unhurried.
The experience flows from silent observation to slow sipping and eventually into the Tea Talk Circle, where participants are invited, but never required, to share reflections, impressions, or simply hold space for others.
There’s no need to have prior experience with tea or mindfulness. Just come as you are, open to stillness and connection.

About the Host
I am an artist and mindfulness facilitator with a professional fine art background and over seven years of experience designing and delivering creative and wellbeing experiences for corporate and private clients.
I began facilitating art and mindfulness events in Ukraine and have since led more than 150 successful sessions, the majority of them in Portugal. My work is primarily focused on in-person corporate and private events. I have extensive experience working with international teams and adapting sessions to different professional contexts, company cultures, and business objectives.
I design and facilitate a wide range of formats – from short, focused sessions integrated into the workday to full-scale standalone events lasting up to three hours. My experience includes everything from intimate, reflective formats to large team-building experiences, delivered in corporate venues, art studios, outdoor locations, retreats, and festival settings.
My work is structured around two complementary directions: Mindfulness Sessions and Art Workshops. Every session is carefully planned in advance and fully customized for each client. I take into account the event format, duration (from 15 minutes to 3 hours), group size, participants’ interests, and most importantly – the intended outcome for the team. When appropriate, I also combine several practices into longer, more immersive experiences.
All mindfulness sessions I provide are delivered without esoteric or spiritual framing. My approach is grounded in research from psychology, cognitive science, and physiology, ensuring that the practices are accessible, inclusive, and suitable for corporate and professional environments.
All of my art workshops are built on a foundation of 14 years of academic fine art education and seven years of facilitation experience. They are designed not only as creative activities, but as structured experiences that support creative thinking, self-expression, and team connection.

Client Requirements
Depending on the group size and format, I may require setup and breakdown time before and after the session. For large groups, a microphone is required to ensure clear communication. Some of my wellbeing offerings require an unobstructed space without tables or chairs (such as a hall or yoga studio). This applies specifically to: Sound Relaxation, Yoga Party, Intuitive Dance. Certain sessions are designed to take place outdoors only, specifically: Open-air Sketching, Mindful Walk, Conscious Picnic. The majority of my sessions are highly flexible and can be adapted to different spaces and setups. All requirements are discussed and confirmed in advance, based on the client’s needs and the chosen format.
