Workshop
Description
This energising session blends philosophy, play, and embodied practice to reframe how we see business, leadership, and collaboration. Using inspiration from Social Presencing Theatre and the Regenerative Ecosystem Engagement Toolkit, participants explore with their bodies what it feels like to move from an extractive, competitive mindset into a living, collaborative ecosystem.
Flow:
Warm-up (10 min)
– Playful group activities to get people moving, grounded, and comfortable.
Ecosystem Play (35 min)
– Participants embody “stakeholders” (e.g. clients, suppliers, employees, communities, non-human actors).
– Through guided movement, they experiment with different ways of relating: competition, isolation, exchange, collaboration.
– The group co-creates a living “ecosystem in motion,” where everyone senses their role in the larger field.
Reflection & Anchoring (15 min)
– Dialogue on insights: What does it feel like when the system thrives? What shifts when collaboration takes the lead?
– Each participant formulates one small action or commitment for how they might bring a more regenerative mindset back into their work.
Benefits
A visceral, memorable taste of what “regenerative business” feels like in practice.
Fresh insights on collaboration, trust, and shared value.
Energy, laughter, and a new sense of vitality in the team.

About the Host
I am a facilitator, philosopher, and creative strategist with 20+ years of experience across Europe. I pioneer regenerative approaches that weave culture, nature, and leadership into living systems of change. Founder of several initiatives and networks, I have worked with EU institutions, cities, and companies on sustainability and innovation. As a thought leader in regenerative transformation, I bring both depth of vision and playful creativity to every session. My work invites teams and leaders to re-imagine their role as part of thriving ecosystems, human and more-than-human alike. When I don't do this, I write about regenerative transformations and a life-friendly paradigm, on Medium and Substack.
Travel Locations
Preferably in Europe – or if outside Europe, packing as much as possible into one journey. I have worked in at least 20 different European countries.
