Description
A time-compressed journey through 4 billion years of life, experienced as a guided meditation. Participants sense the evolutionary forces that still move through us today and translate that felt experience into a personal leadership statement—a commitment to develop in pact with the planet and its living systems.
Flow
Grounding (5 min) – Breath & sensory settling; optional eyes-closed body scan.
Meditative Journey (15–18 min) – Guided passage from early oceans and single-cell life to forests, flight, mammals, and human emergence. Leaders notice what qualities (cooperation, adaptation, resilience) “wake up” in their body.
Return & Creative Integration (7–10 min) – Each participant crafts a one-sentence pledge for their leadership evolution and draws a simple symbol/sigil on a card to keep.
Benefits
Embodied perspective on leadership as part of Earth’s unfolding story
Renewed clarity, humility, and direction
A tangible keepsake (pledge + symbol) to anchor daily practice

About the Host
I am a facilitator, philosopher, and creative strategist with 20+ years of experience across Europe. I pioneer regenerative approaches that weave culture, nature, and leadership into living systems of change. Founder of several initiatives and networks, I have worked with EU institutions, cities, and companies on sustainability and innovation. As a thought leader in regenerative transformation, I bring both depth of vision and playful creativity to every session. My work invites teams and leaders to re-imagine their role as part of thriving ecosystems, human and more-than-human alike. When I don't do this, I write about regenerative transformations and a life-friendly paradigm, on Medium and Substack.
Travel Locations
Preferably in Europe – or if outside Europe, packing as much as possible into one journey. I have worked in at least 20 different European countries.
