Description

Additional Experience Info
It is important to provide a dedicated area with a table where participants can sit comfortably after the wild herb walk and collection, ideally in an indoor or sheltered space.
This space is essential for the preparation of their own herbal infusion, allowing time, focus, and presence in the process of creating and experiencing the tea. While it is possible to sit on the floor, comfortable seating is strongly recommended, as some participants may have physical limitations.
The location should ideally offer access to water and electricity to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience. I can bring a camping gas stove and water if necessary, but a proper on-site setup is preferred in order to maintain the level of comfort and quality expected for this type of experience.
Participants should also be informed to bring appropriate clothing in case of rain, as part of the experience takes place outdoors.

About the Host
I design embodied creative sessions that combine nature, body awareness, and artistic practice. Rooted in my work as an artist, I guide people from thinking into sensing, and into a more grounded, creative clarity. With over 25 years in the arts and 15+ years in international events, my practice brings together poetry, performance, music, visual art, and wellbeing — including wild herb experiences that reconnect people directly with nature.
