Description
Clarity about who you are is the foundation of everything - how you communicate, how you lead, how you show up for your team and your work. Find Your Rhythm is a structured workshop that guides individuals or teams through the process of uncovering their authentic voice and translating it into how they operate, communicate, and present themselves to the world. Rooted in Emily's brand strategy practice, which has spanned global lifestyle brands, entrepreneurial communities, and corporate teams across North America and Europe, this session is equal parts reflective and practical.
The session opens with a grounding practice that creates the psychological safety needed for honest self-reflection. The middle section moves through a series of facilitated exercises drawn from brand strategy methodology: identifying core values, mapping strengths, and surfacing the through-line that connects how participants think, work, and communicate. The close synthesizes each participant's insights into a clear, usable personal or team narrative. People leave with something concrete: a sharper sense of who they are, how they want to be seen, and what they want to say next.
Benefits
- Builds self-awareness and authentic personal or team identity
- Strengthens internal alignment around values and communication
- Produces a tangible output: a clearer narrative each person can immediately use
- Ideal for leadership retreats, team resets, or onboarding cohorts

About the Host
Emily's work lives at the intersection of movement, creativity, and strategy – three practices she sees as deeply connected. As a yoga instructor, breathwork guide, and brand facilitator, she brings a distinctive rhythm to her sessions: grounded enough to settle a room, energizing enough to spark real momentum. Whether she's leading a functional movement flow, a team communication workshop, or a creative ideation session, her approach is always the same: meet people where they are, and help them go somewhere better. Having worked across global teams and industries, she brings a rare blend of creative vision and logistical precision that makes her sessions as well-crafted as they are felt.
