About the Host
I am a somatic coach and facilitator with ten years of experience guiding teams across cultures, both online and offline. I combine coaching, meditation, yoga, and embodiment practices to help participants align body and mind, cultivate mindfulness, and strengthen relational and collaborative skills. With a Master’s in Sociology (with Psychology electives), I understand how interpersonal dynamics shape thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, informing my approach to creating meaningful, connected learning experiences. As a certified somatic coach (ICF Level 2) and yoga instructor (YTT 200), with a lifelong practice in meditation and dance, I integrate movement, breathwork, and embodiment to foster wellbeing, creativity, and engagement.
