Max Your Morning is a guided online wellbeing experience designed to help teams slow down, reset, and intentionally step into their day with clarity, energy, and focus. It is ideally suited as a kickoff experience for a wellbeing day, team offsite, or performance-focused event, creating the right mental and emotional foundation before deeper sessions begin.

Rather than adding yet another workshop to an already full agenda, this experience offers something different: a practical routine participants can genuinely use. A simple, repeatable way to start the day feeling grounded, clear, and in control — both individually and as a team.

In this interactive session, participants are guided through a structured morning routine that supports:

  • Mental clarity and focus

  • Physical energy and vitality

  • Emotional balance and wellbeing

The experience blends guided reflection, light movement or embodiment, focus-setting, and practical coaching, creating a shared reset moment that helps teams arrive present, aligned, and connected — both individually and collectively.

Participants don’t just learn about wellbeing — they experience it firsthand, and leave knowing how to recreate this routine at the start of any workday.

Live, interactive online group experience.

Suggested durations:

  • 30 minutes - Short energizer. Perfect for a kickoff or an intermezzo
  • 60 minutes – Immersive morning routine experience including short Q and A and integration afterwards

  • 120 minutes—Extended experience with reflection and integration, and share breakfast (not included)

Custom formats are available for larger events or themed wellbeing days.


Optional Follow-Up Experience

This kickoff experience can be followed by a deeper workshop or masterclass on creating sustainable work-life balance, helping participants translate wellbeing insights into long-term habits that support performance, health, and fulfillment — both at work and beyond.
