What Amsterdam teams make together
Team days built by hand, leadership and strategy days, and wellbeing with a measured result.

Hands-on team building in Amsterdam
An Amsterdam team day can mean carving wax into jewellery, building paper models that give numbers feeling, writing a team song or a playful warm-up before a big project. Sessions run from half an hour to a full day, for teams of four to thirty, in English or Dutch.
Wax carving
Yi guides four to twelve colleagues through carving a ring in wax at the jeweller's bench, a finished piece to keep.
With Yi
Feeling the numbers
Elcin leads colleagues in building paper models together to explore how numbers and targets make a team feel.
With Elcin
Write your team song
Dylan has the whole team write and record an original song together, no musical experience needed, playful from the first verse.
With Dylan
Relational warm-up lab
Servane opens big projects and away days with light movement, paired dialogue and playful rituals for fifteen to thirty colleagues.
With Servane
Shaping a team day in Amsterdam
Wax carving suits a small team who want a finished object to take home; paper modelling and songwriting scale to larger groups and work well across nationalities, and the warm-up lab opens an away day in under an hour. Pair a morning workshop with lunch and an afternoon walk, and a full team day is set.
What is a hands-on team activity in Amsterdam that is more than a pub quiz?
Elcin's paper models, Yi's wax carving and Dylan's team song all give a team something to make together, with a model, a ring or a recorded song at the end. Each runs from under an hour to a full day at the host's studio or your office.
Can 12 of us make something together in one session?
Yes. Yi's wax carving takes four to twelve colleagues at the jeweller's bench, each leaving with a ring they carved, and Elcin's paper modelling takes eight to twenty-five, so a team of twelve fits either one in a single round.

Leadership offsites and strategy days in Amsterdam
Amsterdam leadership teams book strategy days on moving a management team forward together, the art of business, a framework for the capacity to lead, or speech training infused with Shakespeare and opera. Sessions run from half an hour to a full day at your office or a venue nearby.
A tech scale-up briefed us for a strategy session for its founders and CFO.
Moving forward together
Marguerite, a former ballerina turned coach, gives management teams the methods of choreography to move forward together, beyond language.
With Marguerite
Capacity to lead
Joshua takes a leadership team through his Capacity to Lead framework, spotting early strain and holding competing demands.
With Joshua
The art of business
Sella, an artist and creative coach, uses art practice so leaders see their business, roles and collaboration afresh.
With Sella
Strategy days and groups flying in
A founder team or management group can open a strategy day with Marguerite's Moving Forward Together and close it with Sella's art of business. Hosts come to your office, in the Zuidas or anywhere in the city, or to a venue outside Amsterdam.
Groups we have supported abroad include a new 15-person leadership team spread across the Gulf, who booked a two-day strategy offsite, and a remote software start-up that flew six colleagues to Rome for a culture and communication session.
Can a facilitator run our strategy day at a venue in Amsterdam or nearby?
Yes. Hosts come to your office or a venue you have booked in or around Amsterdam, and fit their session into your strategy agenda, from a half-hour opener to a full day.
What works for a founder team and CFO?
A small senior group suits Arne's decision-making and critical thinking work or a one-to-one speech session with Gerben. Both shape the content to the decisions the founders face, in English or Dutch.
We are flying a European team into Amsterdam: who leads the session and in which language?
Hosts based in Amsterdam lead on the ground, in English and, where useful, Dutch, German, Polish or French. You send one brief, and the session fits into the programme you have planned for the visit.

Wellbeing workshops for Amsterdam offices
Amsterdam wellbeing workshops offer a restorative sound bath, a breathing practice that steadies a busy team, a mindful walk through the zoo, or attention management training. Sessions run from one hour to a full day, with an Impact Index before-and-after read for the team.
Restorative sound bath
Magdalena, a sound therapist, guides three to thirty colleagues into deep rest with crystal singing bowls.
With Magdalena
Belly breath
Tanya teaches colleagues a simple breathing practice that calms the nervous system and steadies focus on busy days.
With Tanya
Mindful connection walk
Lara, who left a fifteen-year corporate career, leads a mindful walk through the zoo that reconnects colleagues.
With Lara
The workload duty and timing
Article 2.15 of the Dutch Working Conditions Decree requires employers to pursue a policy that prevents or limits psychosocial workload. A wellbeing session gives your people practical tools, and the Impact Index certificates record the before and after, a visible step within that policy.
A sound bath suits the end of a long week, the zoo walk takes two and a half hours, and a breathing session fits inside ninety minutes.
Can a workshop help us act on our psychosocial workload duty?
Article 2.15 of the Working Conditions Decree asks employers to prevent or limit psychosocial workload. Sound, movement and attention sessions give teams practical tools, and the Impact Index certificates for the team and each participant record what changed.
Is there a calm session for a busy office in the Zuidas?
Magdalena's sound bath runs in a meeting room for three to thirty colleagues, and Johanna's attention management workshop suits a team buried in meetings and messages. Both come to your office in the Zuidas.

Do sessions in Amsterdam run in Dutch and English?
Yes. Most Amsterdam hosts lead in English and Dutch, and several also in German, Polish, French or Spanish, so an international team works in one shared language.
