Description

MOVING FORWARD TOGETHER is a practical-based coaching workshop that brings the strengths of teams together beyond the borders of language. The workshop is designed for top managers and management teams as well as for the development of the sales teams.
The participants learn the best principles and methods from the creative world of choreography and performance and translate this experience directly into their working world. Managers and teams learn effective choreographic methods and apply the most important principles to achieve creative Empowerment directly in the workshop.
MOVING FORWARD TOGETHER leads the participants to their highly creative zone in a unique and special way.
The participants experience how trust and courage are the key to effective team development and that the power of constructive negotiation/conflict and agreement are necessary factors to achieve the common goal of the team.
You will achieve these successes directly:
A significant increase in the quality of the interactions of the participants
Simplified decision-making within the creative processes
More clarity about the unique contribution of each individual and the whole group
Objectives of the workshop:
Teams will develop new and energetic ways full of innovation and agility.
They will learn creative methods to develop healthy curiosity and a mutual trust by exploring the possibilities beyond their own individual comfort zone. To develop ones own creativity and share it with the others in the team will be a central experience for every workshop participant.
This shared experience creates a tailor-made balance between courage and empathy as the basis for successful strategies in a healthy, agile team.

About the Host

From the great stages of London, Berlin, New York, and Moscow, I built my career as a professional ballerina, performing on iconic stages such as The Met, The Bolshoi, and The London Coliseum. That journey led me naturally into choreography and artistic leadership, and for 17 years I served as a ballet director in three German theatres.

Along the way, I discovered something powerful: working with the body in music, time, and space transforms the way people see themselves. It builds confidence, empathy, and self-empowerment in ways words alone never can. This realization inspired me to earn my RD1st Coaching certification and to create “Creative Empowerment,” a unique method that fuses choreography and coaching.

Drawing on decades of experience as a choreographer, ballet director, and accredited life and leadership coach, I bring movement, creativity, and human connection together to help people step out of their heads and back into their bodies. I guide individuals and teams beyond their comfort zones into a space where trust grows, collaboration deepens, and new perspectives take shape.

When the body leads, something remarkable happens. People begin to see themselves and each other differently, they find strength in vulnerability, because what the body knows often goes far beyond words. All of this unfolds in an environment that is safe, energizing, and genuinely joyful.
