About the Host
I am a dedicated Sound Therapist and founder of Conscious Care, where I guide clients into deep states of relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance through therapeutic sound. My sessions blend intuitive sensitivity with the skilled use of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and voice. I cultivate an atmosphere of safety and warmth, allowing clients to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience profound inner shifts.
At Conscious Care, I offer sound baths in diverse settings—including yoga studios, corporate environments, and private events—bringing restorative sound therapy to individuals and groups seeking calm, clarity, and holistic well-being.
Client Requirements
I own a set of five yoga mats, pillows, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks to support a comfortable and immersive sound-healing experience. For groups larger than five, clients are kindly asked to arrange the additional items needed for their participants.
