About the Host
I am Sella Molenaar (1989), artist and creative coach. I believe in the transformative power of art and the necessity of creativity in shaping sustainable future perspectives, collaborations, and relationships. Drawing on my experience as an artist, I enjoy using the creative process and various forms of self-expression to coach entrepreneurs and teams on issues surrounding sustainable collaboration, well-being, and job satisfaction, as well as shaping change processes. In my creative sessions and programs, I use my knowledge of artistry, systemic work, somatics, and art therapy to make visible what is already palpable and tangible what seems abstract. I combine the visualization of art with the strategy of coaching to arrive at innovative answers to issues and challenges through connection with yourself, your mission, and your team. I offer coaching sessions, creative workshops, and immersive experiences where art, creativity, and self-reflection come together and reinforce each other, ranging from a creative break during a team day to a full, customized day program.
