How it looks: 2 - 4 hours
1. Explore
Playfully explore the companies values through musical exercises that will activate confidence in the groups innate musical ability.
2. The Hook
Break out into groups to find the catchiest melodys for the chorus and verses.
3. The Song
The group comes back together to vote on the best creations and further collaborate as a whole to refine the whole idea.
4. Perform/Record
Professional support to collectively perform and record the song
5. Professional Production options
1.The recording will be placed into a modern technological production software to quickly generate a professional quality version of the recording.
The company walks away with a finished song that day.
2. The team can have the demo produced with a professional music studio.

I'm a certified life coach and composer, and I bring both into the room — not as a formula, but as a way of staying curious about what's in the way and what wants to come through. With over two decades of musical experience, I've spent my career helping people move through the creative process and come out the other side feeling more like themselves. What I care about most is creating the kind of space where something real can happen. Where you stop managing how you come across and start actually saying what you mean.

Something for the participants to write on (Notebook, Pens). A white board. More than 50 will require a microphone and amplification for a guitar.
