Workshop
Description
A short, high-energy session that treats relationships like muscles to be gently stretched before big projects, away days, or off-sites. Through light movement, paired dialogues, and playful micro‑rituals, participants notice how they listen, interrupt, support, and include one another, through stories that are alive.
Benefits
Attendees are guided through an ease-ful relational lab process:
-
Check‑in cartography to map how people arrive and what helps them feel safe and curious.
-
A story and “warm data” trios exploring contexts and questions like What is relevant? or What are you tending?
-
One reusable micro-skill: a simple, deep listening pattern from the Time to Think philosophy of communication
Participants gain:
- Clarity: Your team leaves with one reusable conversation ritual that improves psychological bravery and meeting quality.
- Immediate boost in connection and positive energy; people bond, they feel seen, not managed.
- Patterns to Reduce Conflicts: the focus is on everyday collaboration habits, nuances and contexts, more stories, not debates.
- Find your Human again: the structure helps you drop scripts and "whataboutisms" and helps you generate information that is alive, helpful for healthy relationships at work.
- Enhanced listening skills by exercising muscles of encouragement, presence and attention.
