Sessions teams ask for

A welcome on arrival

A hosted ritual or tasting that settles the team into the city on the first evening.

A workshop rooted in the city

Making with a local expert in a studio, using the materials and crafts of the place.

An outdoor reset

A guided breath or movement session in a garden or park between the working sessions.

A hosted closing moment

Flowers, tasting or a shared table that gives the gathering a graceful final evening.

What companies usually look for

Built for whoever is organising it

For executive assistants, chiefs of staff, HR and People leads and event teams planning an offsite, leadership retreat or team gathering away from home, and for the agencies who plan those journeys for their clients.

An expert who knows the city

Each session is led by an expert based in or close to the destination, who knows its venues, its light and its pace, and who prepares the session with you before the team arrives.

In the language your team works in

Sessions run in English across our network, and in the local language when your group prefers it, so an international team and a local guest list can share the same room.

Shaped around your venue and agenda

Tell us the hotel, meeting space or residence and the running order. The session is designed for that room, that group size and that moment in the programme, from the welcome on arrival to the closing morning.

One brief, one proposal, one point of contact

You brief once, from wherever you are. One point of contact coordinates the expert, the timing and the materials, keeps your venue and event partner informed, and sends one proposal for the whole programme.

Questions organisers ask

Can we plan everything from another country?

Yes. Send the brief from wherever you are: the destination, dates, group size, venue and what the gathering is for. A curator replies with a programme and the expert who would lead it, and the details are settled by call and email before the team travels.

Who leads the sessions on the ground?

An expert our curators choose for the destination and the brief, based in or close to the city. They prepare with you in advance and arrive at the venue ready for your group.

Can sessions run in our team's language?

Sessions run in English across our network, and many experts also lead in the local language. Tell us the languages in the room and we match the expert to them.

Can you work with our venue, travel partner or event agency?

Yes. We coordinate timings, space and materials directly with your venue, hotel, travel partner or agency, so the sessions sit naturally inside the wider programme.

Which cities can you cover?

Our network spans experts in more than 50 countries, across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America. Start with the destinations on this page, or tell us where the team is going and we look for the right expert there.

Can a programme combine several sessions over two days?

Yes. A welcome session on arrival, a workshop rooted in the city and a reflective closing morning work well together, led by one expert or several, and shaped as one programme.

How far ahead should we start?

As soon as the destination and dates are clear. An early brief gives you the widest choice of experts and the most room to shape the programme around your venue.

What do you need from us to send a proposal?

Where your team is travelling from and to, the dates, the group size, the venue if it is booked, and what you want the gathering to achieve. A few lines are enough to start.

Bring us the occasion and we shape the day

A curator reads your brief and replies personally within two working days, with a format, an agenda and the right expert.
