Description
These interactive sessions are tailored to meet your group where they are. Explorative, delightful, yet precise and profound. Using lived knowledge from 15+ years of personal development, embodiment and movement such as martial arts, dance, and somatic practice, the workshop applies principles taken from these fields to guide participants through:
- Group games and play designed to build connection and trust (inspired by Improv Theatre, Authentic Relating and Psychomotorskills Method)
- Somatic movement and dance to foster awareness and physical intelligence. (especially inspired by free form dance and impro dance styles)
- Practical communication exercises that shift non-verbal patterns (tools from the Embodied Peacemaking Approach by my mentor Paul Linden)
- Nervous-system grounding techniques to help the group stay present and collaborative.
Everything is learning-by-doing, keeping the experience focused, accessible, and grounded in the body.
As sessions will be tailored to the group's needs we might spend more time on one of these things or add something not listed if that's what the group needs most in the moment. If it is in service to the group we might not do some things listed above. My highest goal is to be in service to the people's and the group's needs so I totally go "off schedule" if it serves the higher purpose.
PS: Prepare for a dash of humour. Or two ;)

About the Host
Compassionate somatic coach and playful holistic movement teacher with over 15 years of experience in personal development, transformation, body-mind-connection and relationships through embodiment and movement practices such as martial arts, dance, meditation and more. Focused on explorative and practical movement and somatic practices for thinking, communication, empathy, creativity, connection and nervous-system regulation.

Additional costs depend on where I currently am and will be tailored individually. I am currently in Berlin and open to travel anywhere.
