Description
Your team will step into the world of sourdough and discover how bread making mirrors the way we work together. After a short introduction to sourdough and a guided team activity aimed at increasing team's morale and positivity, each participant will take a piece of dough from the bulk rise, shape it into their own loaf, and take it home to bake. Just like bread, teams need patience, trust, and care to grow. This playful yet meaningful session leaves everyone inspired - with both a tangible loaf and fresh insights about collaboration. Session includes special packaging to take the dough home, baking instructions. For anyone interested I am happy to share my sourdough starter to start their own baking journey.

About the Host
I design and facilitate workshops that are anything but ordinary. With 15+ years of business leadership behind and a passion for culture, creativity, and human connection I founded The Bakeroom – an experiential concept where teams bond, bake bread, and walk away with both stronger relationships and concrete outcomes. I'm certified in ORSC Fundamentals and Facilitation Fundamentals (AJ&Smart), but what really sets me apart is the energy, systems thinking, and spark I bring into the room. During my corporate experience I led and motivated international teams and helped transform organizations. Now I help groups navigate change, align around what matters, and collaborate in new ways – always mixing structure with playfulness, so learning sticks and people leave inspired.
