When I became a single caretaker for my son, I realised I had to stay healthy; physically, mentally, and emotionally, while balancing career, finances, motherhood, and still being myself. In 2019, I discovered breathwork, and it completely shifted my life. I recognized it as the missing link in how we deal with stress—practical, body-based, and profoundly effective. Today, as a Healthy Stress Expert, I help employees and teams build a new, healthy relationship with stress, so they don’t just survive pressure, but thrive through it.
