Description
The Playthrough
The workshop begins with light improv-based activities that break the ice, build rapport, and create comfort with experimentation and making mistakes. From there, participants move into embodied, laughter-based practices to release tension and group creative activities, including drawing and storytelling. Then participants are introduced to the concept of Play Personalities through a brief guided visualization. This is followed by reflective pair sharing to connect playful memories with present-day ways of engaging. Depending on timing and group needs, the workshop may conclude with a collaborative, team-based creative challenge that invites imagination, flexibility, and shared problem-solving.
