About the Host
I'm a storytelling and communication specialist with 20+ years helping leaders, teams, and organisations craft powerful narratives that drive connection, clarity, and change.
Based in Sydney, Australia, I've worked internationally across government, health, and corporate sectors—from the UK Department for International Development to European law firms, Australian health organisations, and national mental health peak bodies. As former Deputy CEO and Acting CEO of a national organisation, I bring strategic leadership thinking to practical workshop delivery.
My approach combines structure with authenticity. Whether I'm coaching executives on presentation skills, facilitating team storytelling sessions, or helping organisations articulate their brand narrative, I create psychologically safe spaces where people discover the power of their own stories.
I'm trained in trauma-informed practice and hold a Masters in Communication Management, plus qualifications as an adult educator and accredited SafeTALK trainer. This unique combination allows me to facilitate workshops on sensitive topics with both expertise and care.
My workshops are interactive, evidence-based, and immediately applicable—participants leave with frameworks they can use straight away to communicate with greater impact, confidence, and purpose.
