Description
A reflective and energizing workshop that addresses the hidden costs of burnout, performance pressure, and feedback fatigue. Through interactive theatre-based methods, teams explore collective accountability, practice supportive collaboration, and rehearse healthier ways of giving and receiving feedback. The session offers both insight and practical strategies to renew energy and strengthen trust.
Benefits
This workshop gives teams the tools to recognize and address the patterns that drain energy and block performance. By practicing accountability as a shared responsibility, participants learn to reduce stress while supporting one another’s growth. They also develop healthier approaches to feedback — transforming it from a source of fatigue or avoidance into a tool for connection, learning, and motivation. The result is a team that feels more energized, resilient, and aligned in facing workplace challenges.

About the Host
I am a theatre facilitator with over a decade of experience designing and leading workshops for diverse groups across India, Singapore, and London. Now based in Stockholm, I work with corporate teams and leaders to strengthen collaboration, communication, and creativity in the workplace. Using theatre-based methods such as role play, improvisation, image theatre, and forum theatre, I create interactive spaces where teams can rehearse new ways of working together. My workshops focus on building trust, shared autonomy, and mutual respect; helping participants to reduce stress and burnout while enhancing performance and job satisfaction.
