About the Host

An experienced facilitator, leadership practitioner, and diversity and inclusion specialist with over 25 years of experience working across government, corporate, and community sectors. I bring deep expertise in cultural competency, inclusive leadership, and community engagement, with a strong track record of delivering workshops that drive meaningful organisational and social change.
I design and lead interactive sessions that blend culture, development, and lived experience to create engaging and thought-provoking learning experiences. My work focuses on strengthening communication, building cultural awareness, and fostering connection, cohesion, and inclusive team environments.
Through my work with The Resilient Journeys and SDN Connect, I support individuals to build confidence, navigate workplace challenges, and grow in their careers, while also partnering with organisations to create culturally safe environments, strengthen leadership capability, and embed inclusive practices that improve outcomes for diverse communities.
Known for my warm and engaging facilitation style, I create safe spaces for reflection, dialogue, and practical learning. I support individuals and teams to build confidence, deepen understanding, and develop tools they can apply immediately in the workplace.
I bring a unique perspective shaped by my lived experience as a migrant woman and my leadership across diverse systems, enabling me to connect with and deliver impactful experiences for diverse and multicultural audiences.
