Description

A forward-looking session inviting HR professionals and business leaders to reimagine what the people function can and should be in modern organisations. Attendees are guided through the evolution of HR — from administrative function to strategic partner to what comes next: the architect of human experience at work. Using a hands-on "experience audit" tool, participants assess their own organisation's employee journey across five dimensions: meaning, connection, growth, autonomy, and vitality. Small groups then ideate on one dimension of their choice, prototyping a simple, low-cost initiative that could meaningfully shift the human experience in their organisation. Groups present their prototype to the room, with the facilitator offering real-world examples of how similar ideas have been implemented across premium international brands.
