This 90–120 minute immersive workshop helps participants move from routine “function mode” into authentic presence, unlocking both personal and team potential. The session begins with a relaxed, device-free arrival, creating a focused environment where participants can fully engage and leave behind prior stress.
Through a short grounding exercise and light icebreaker questions, attendees step into the “being” mode. A carefully crafted story is shared via storytelling, highlighting leadership, team dynamics, or business challenges in an inspiring and relatable way. Participants then engage with the story through individual reflection and small-group exercises, exploring its practical applications in their professional roles. Sharing is optional, fostering a safe, open environment for personal insight and collective learning.
The session concludes with motivating guidance from the facilitator and a live musical performance, reinforcing key messages, uplifting participants, and leaving them energized, centered, and ready to translate insights into action.Device-free arrival and grounding exercise

I am a business transformation expert and musician with several years of experience supporting leaders and teams across various industries. I combine facilitation, leadership development, and communication with music and storytelling to create experiences that inspire for clarity, joy, and connection. My work helps people slow down, gain perspective, and collaborate more authentically – enabling meaningful and sustainable growth for individuals and organizations.

I am available Europe-wide. Southern and Western Europe (+€300), Northern and Eastern Europe (+€350), other countries upon request (+€400).
These are rough estimates; exact costs will be agreed based on engagement duration and actual travel distance.
Client Requirements
For workshops, I typically need basic materials such as a whiteboard or flipcharts, Metaplan boards, and chairs. Moderation materials like markers and cards are helpful but can also be provided by me. For music performances, a piano, microphone, and speakers are ideal; if these are not available, I can provide all necessary equipment myself.
