Description
In this workshop, participants are guided through practical, science-based techniques to strengthen emotional resilience at work. The session combines short learning inputs from psychology and neuroscience with guided mindfulness and breathing practices. Attendees will also take part in interactive reflection exercises and scenario-based discussions to practice recovering quickly from setbacks and maintaining clarity even in challenging and stress-sensitive environments.
To extend the impact beyond the session, each participant receives their own copy of Self-Care Protocols — a resource offering ideas for self-care activities of various durations and space to personalize them — as well as a PDF Anti-Stress Planner designed to help structure daily routines for resilience.

For in-person workshops, travel and accommodation costs apply when required. Tailored premium programs for leadership and executive teams are available upon request. All sessions can be delivered online, hybrid, or in person.

About the Host
I am a Cognitive Psychologist and Success & Performance Coach with 18+ years of experience helping professionals boost performance without burnout, manage stress and panic attacks, and balance work with personal wellbeing. Being a past alumna of the prestigious Collège de France and researcher at the CNRS in Paris, I bring a strong scientific background combined with practical coaching strategies. Trained as an expert meditator by a direct student of HH the Dalai Lama, I integrate mindfulness and neuroscience to create impactful, resilience-building workshops.
Travel Locations
I am open to traveling across European countries (with travel expenses covered) as well as to select international destinations including the Far East (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan) and the United States (New York, Austin, Boston, Philadelphia, etc.). Additional travel fees can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Client Requirements
For online courses, participants will need a pen and paper, a stable internet connection, and reliable speakers. For in-person courses, a projector and microphone (for larger rooms) may be beneficial, depending on the session format. For meditation courses, creating a relaxed setting with cushions or comfortable seating is highly encouraged.
