Shift mindset from “creativity as talent” to “creativity as system.”
This is a highly interactive session that helps people see what really happens to ideas once they leave the mind.
Participants share and reflect on real-world situations from their work to discover the sticking points and enablers involved with taking innovative ideas out into the world.
Through practical group exercises, participants explore how decisions, time, support, and environment shape whether ideas survive or stall.
They leave with a better understanding of the structures and systems needed to turn ideas into action — on purpose.
