Hi, I’m Rosalie Collins, a Nutritional Therapist and founder of Kiwi Nutrition. I work one-to-one with clients to create personalised wellness plans and also deliver talks and workshops for a range of businesses. I’m passionate about helping people lead healthier, more balanced lives, and I love making nutrition practical, inspiring, and easy to incorporate into everyday life. I specialise in gut health but I have ran a range of different workshop around topic such as cognitive performance, improving energy, mental health, sports nutrition and hormones
