Description
A fast, sensory thinking sprint where teams explore “how we want to be with each other in 12–18 months” under uncertainty, drawing on futures thinking and systems‑change practices.
This session boosts creativity, energy and vision while staying highly practical. It offers a taster for deeper futures, strategy or leadership work.
Benefits
- Participants experience a brief guided visualisation of a future day where collaboration and trust are noticeably better
- They then co‑create simple artefacts (eg: metaphor maps, postcards from the future, or “manual of us” for their future culture)
- They commit and leave with 1–2 tiny practical relational experiments to test in the next month.
Benefits:
- Clarity: Transforms vague ‘culture change’ into 2–3 very concrete relational experiments that teams own
- Connects strategy and behaviour: links business goals with everyday ways of relating and making decisions
- Enhance the relationship between new and older team members
- Bring lightness and agility in a context of uncertainty
- Convergence and cohesion: Focuses on shared future success, not on ideological positions.
