About the Host
I am an interdisciplinary coach, facilitator, and founder of SudsKompass, with over five years of experience across business development, team leadership, and coaching. My work focuses on supporting individuals and groups in navigating transitions, strengthening clarity, and building more sustainable ways of working.
I have delivered over 500 hours of 1:1 coaching and facilitated group sessions with diverse participants, particularly in contexts of career change, migration, and identity. Alongside my coaching work, I design and lead workshops and retreats that combine structured reflection, dialogue, and experiential learning.
Before transitioning into coaching, I worked in business development and led a sales team, where I developed strong experience in communication, performance environments, and team dynamics. This allows me to bridge emotional depth with practical understanding of workplace realities.
My sessions are designed to be grounded, inclusive, and engaging, creating spaces where participants can pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and others. I work in English and Arabic.
Certifications & Credentials
I am a certified coach currently completing my ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation, with over 500 hours of coaching experience across 1:1 and group settings.
I hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Urban Development Management from the Technical University of Berlin, with a focus on the relationship between environment, behaviour, and human experience.
In addition, I bring over five years of professional experience in business development and team leadership, which informs my work in facilitating communication, reflection, and group dynamics in professional environments.
My work includes coaching, workshop facilitation, and retreat design, particularly in the areas of identity, burnout, and navigating change within diverse and international contexts.
I continuously develop my practice through ongoing training, supervision, and applied facilitation work.
Client Requirements
I usually require a quiet and comfortable space that allows participants to sit in a circle or semi-circle to support interaction and group dialogue. A flipchart or whiteboard is helpful for visual facilitation, but not essential. For larger groups, a projector or screen can be useful if available. For certain sessions, I may bring or request simple materials (e.g. paper, pens, or creative materials), depending on the format, which I always communicate in advance. My sessions are designed to be flexible and can be adapted to different environments, including off-site or informal settings.
