Through a blend of guided relaxation, mindful breathing, grounding techniques, and sensory awareness practices, this experience invites you to reconnect with your body, mind, and emotional wellbeing.

Is thereA quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted for the duration of the session A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) A device with a camera and audio (computer, tablet, or smartphone) Headphones or earbuds are recommended for clearer sound and deeper relaxation A comfortable place to sit or lie down safely (chair, couch, or bed) Comfortable clothing and, if you wish, a blanket or cushion for added comfort anything you require from clients? Eg. microphone, whiteboard, projector, min. 20sqm space etc.
